Dryer Introduction

Dryer is widely used in farms, grain stations, seed companies, food processing enterprises, and other occasions. During the grain harvest season, it can help farmers and businesses quickly dry large amounts of raw grain, improving storage and processing efficiency.

Maize Drier removes excess moisture from corn maize and wheat through heating and ventilation, meeting the requirements for safe storage and processing. It can effectively prevent corn from becoming moldy and spoiled due to excessive moisture, ensuring the quality and nutritional value of corn and wheat grains.

Processing flow:

The raw maize will come through pre-cleaning machine to remove the impurity in maize.Then the maize are transported to dryer. 

​This machine adopts low-temperature full drying technology (air temperature is about 40-60 ℃) and maximum thermal change technology, uniform mixing, and cyclic drying

Grains will be heated in a short period of time and then tempered for a long time to minimize breakage, ensure good product condition, and improve dehydration efficiency, resulting in lower production costs.
