Cleaning: Using high efficient destoner and high-efficiency sifters to remove the large impurities, small impurities, light impurities, and heavy impurities in maize, making the maize very clean.
Damping: After cleaning, the maize are transport to the moisture damper to moisture the maize ,then maize will transport to conditioning bin to sleep for some time. It will make maize bran easier to separate from the endosperm completely. Damping can also make the maize particles easier to grind and improve the grinding efficiency.
Grinding: The purely maize endosperm is fed into the milling machines, and the maize is gradually grinding into flour,grits,samp etc. different maize products by roller mill machine or pneumatic roller mill machines. During this process, the fineness of the maize products can be controlled by adjusting the gap and speed of the grinding rollers.
Sifter: The milled maize products will enter the sifting system, and the maize flour will be divided into different particle sizes through different mesh sizes to meet the needs of different products.
Packing: finally, the sifted maize flour is weighed, bagged, sealed and other processes. The maize flour is packaged into 5kg, 10kg, 25kg, 50kg to meet the different market needs.
Throughout the entire process, every step undergoes strict quality control to ensure stable quality of the final maize products.
