​HDF 8000T Grain Silo​

The process flow of grain silos mainly includes the receiving, cleaning, storage, unloading, and transportation of grains.

After the truck loaded with raw grain arrives at the flour mill, it pours the raw grain directly into the unloading pit. Subsequently, the bucket elevator is started to smoothly transport the raw grains to the pre cleaning equipment. Here, the raw grains undergo preliminary impurity removal treatment to lay the foundation for subsequent processing. After completing the pre cleaning, the raw grains are accurately transported into the silo for storage through the coordinated operation of the bucket elevator and conveyor.

Our flat bottomed silos have diverse functions and can independently undertake grain storage tasks. It can also flexibly connect various processing equipment.
